Nationwide maintenance and rapid response package covering 18 sites and 93 high-power charge points


Project summary

We provide full maintenance across 18 sites nationwide, covering 93 high-powered electric vehicle chargers.

Our maintenance programme is delivered through three key packages:

  1. Response: We attend any reported outages within three hours of receiving a service request. Following an on-site inspection and maintenance report, we evaluate the findings and complete any necessary remedial works, such as replacing damaged leads or carrying out operational repairs.
  2. Planned maintenance: This includes scheduled upgrade works and infrastructure improvements, such as increasing site capacity to accommodate additional chargers (e.g. upgrading from four to six units).
  3. Grounds maintenance: Includes landscaping, cleaning chargers to maintain a professional appearance, and remedial site repairs such as damage to bollards, fencing and paving.
