Utility Line Powers Up for Growth
The Utility Line team are proud to announce that we have recently attained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018. These accreditations reflect the hard work put in by the whole team and demostrates their success in the implementation of our Integrated Management System which now supports the whole Utility Line Team throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
This achievement marks another important compliance step as we continue to build our ICP capabilities and work with a growing number of clients to successfully design, build and maintain commercial charging hubs throughout the UK.
Quality and Environmental Management has become more critical than ever and alongside Occupational Health & Safety we have improved and developed our internal systems and resources to help support our teams and elevate the quality of services we offer our valued clients.
What are the ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 accreditations?
ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management, this includes more focus on customer satisfaction and is designed to help meet the needs of customers by having a framework in place which drives improvement and ensures consistent quality in the provision of goods or services.
Our decision to pursue this accreditation has supported in streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and higher levels of customer satisfaction and confidence to deliver projects to the highest possible standards.
ISO 14001 is a set of standards for an Environmental Management System that Utility Line has implemented to reduce environmental footprint and improve performance. This will ensure we are continually taking proactive measures to achieve our environmental objectives and work towards building a more sustainable future.
ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an Occupational Health & Safety Management System. This system will help Utility Line manage risks and improve company wide Health & Safety performance. Implementing this accreditation will support in the reduction of injuries & incidents and further improve risk control measures.
Our commitment to uphold these principles by:
- Proactively monitoring and mitigating Health & Safety risks
- Regularly monitoring, maintaining and improving our Integrated Management System
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulatory requirements
